A mild Maltese winter?

I'm probably tempting fate here but after my last post waiting for the big chill I've had to eat my words, as well as quite a few ice creams.

The weather has been wonderful so far in November and December.

I haven't needed a jacket once and have been forced to remove my jumper on the 3 occasions I've worn it.

Last night we had about 5 minutes of rain at around 5AM but today is lovely yet again.

Fingers crossed it continues!

hey, do you still blog? I've just moved to Malta and after the coldest winter in FOREVER in england I am very interested in what Malta will be like. Everyone says to enjoy the sun whilst its here but we had 3 months of snow back home... can't be as bad as that!!

It gets down to about 11 degrees. Which sounds OK but for some reason it feels colder here.
The issue is indoors - because the apartments and houses are made to keep the air cool in Summer they get really cold in Winter. Colder inside than out. You'll probably need a light coat and a cardigan... unless we get the rains!
